We ship our products to anywhere in the Planet. Swimsuits Planet offers FREE shipping on all standard air mail orders. If you need expedited service, please refer to the chart below for shipping rates and delivery time.

Please note that this flat rate apply to regular shipping to destinations located in Continental USA.
Delivery time for Regular International orders vary anywhere from 12-25 business days due to customs requirements we may not be able to control. These orders ship USPS First Class International Mail and there is no tracking available. Priority International orders typically are delivered in 10-15 business days, also be aware that the time outside of the United States can vary. US Shipping rates do not apply to international orders.
Our expected delivery dates sometimes changed temporarily to accommodate increased demand.
Please also note that UPS and TNT cannot deliver to P.O. boxes and APO addresses. You need to provide us your physical address and real phone number if you choose to use UPS or TNT.
Please be aware of severe weather sometimes cause shipping delays and disruptions.
Swimsuits Planet reserves the right to change the shipping method to the closest available and affordable way of shipment. Shipping methods can vary greatly in cost for international shipping with TNT and DHL. USPS Priority mail can be used to substitute and will take 4-10 days.
Swimsuits Planet does not collect duty or sales tax for international orders. However, we are NOT responsible for any duties, tax or fees levied by your government if there is any.
Your order will usually be shipped within 2 or 3 business days. You will receive a notification email when your order is shipped. A tracking number will be provided if you choose expedited service. A tracking number is not available for Air Mail orders as post offices don't record detailed shipping events.
Swimsuits Planet is not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond its control. If your package does not arrive within the time frame specified above, please contact us with your order number via email: support@SwimsuitsPlanet.net.

RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for your shopping convenience. However, we strongly suggest taking advantage of our sizing information. Please note that size could vary depending on the swimwear manufacturer. The sizing of the products on this website is different from the typical American size. We have provided the sizing charts on every product detail page to help you to size your swimsuit correctly. This will help minimize the possibility of needing to exchange or return an item. In order to keep our prices very competitive, we have the following guidelines:
- The swimwear items must be in their original condition, not worn or altered, as it was shipped to the buyer. All tags must be attached to the garments.
- Please note Tonga & Thong bikinis cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.
- A one-time exchange is permitted for unworn merchandise with an available style, color and size. There is no return or exchanges on already exchanged items.
- Returns must be received no later than 2 months from the date you place your order. However, please try to send your return back to us as soon as possible. Note that shipping charges associated with expedited service, such as UPS, EMS, will not be refunded.
- Return costs and exchange shipping costs ($12 for one item, $6 for each additional item) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Any returned swimwear after 60 days will only be issued store credit.
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 18% of the price of the returned item(s), which is used to cover shipping and processing expense. Should you elect exchange or to receive store credit, the restocking fee will be reduced to 5%.
- All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the credit to appear on your account statement.
- In the unlikely event if we receive a return from clearance section requesting refund, only exchanges or store credit will be issued with 18% restocking fee deducted.
- If there is a quality issue with the swimwear, we must be notified with-in 3 days of delivery via e-mail or telephone.
- We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Be sure to give us a secured address.
For your convenience we have two methods for exchanges:
1: Fill out the Return and Exchange Form, Steps 1-4, and put it in your return package with the swimwear. Once we receive your return swimwear, we will process your new swimwear request.
2: “Quick Exchange” Place a new order. Once you have placed a new order, please choose option "2" on the exchange form and write your new order number on the form. Fill out Steps 1 and 2 completely on the Return and Exchange Form and put it inside your return package. Once received, you will be refunded with 5% restocking fee applied for the return item only if your new order dollar amount is equal or more than original order.

- Place the form inside the return package along with the nicely folded swimsuit.
